House of the Gozzo in Monopoli, Monopoli, Italy

House of the Gozo takes its name from the symbol of this beautiful city that is Monopoli!

Located in the city but in a street where it is easier to find free parking, in front of a small square where there are children\'s games.

Located on the third floor of a building, reachable by lift.

As soon as you enter you will be welcomed into the large and bright living room with kitchen where you will have two comfortable sofas, including a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and a kitchen complete with induction PC, fridge and freezer, oven and kitchen utensils. In the center there is a dining table and a shelf used as a snack table.
There is a small balcony that overlooks the inside of the building where you can relax on an outdoor sofa.

The casket door separates the living area from the sleeping area.

As soon as you enter the sleeping area, the two bedrooms are connected by a corridor.

On the right is the large double bedroom which houses a double bed and a wardrobe. From here you can access the second balcony which overlooks the street.

Going left instead, we have the bathroom complete with shower, toilet, bidet, sink and washing machine.

The second bedroom, after the bathroom, is a bedroom made up of two single beds and where there is a changing table and a cot.

Ideal for welcoming families and children.

Air conditioning present in the corridor in an ideal position to cool and/or heat all areas.
