self-catering apartment is the ideal home for an unforgettable stay.
Welcoming up to 4 guests, the apartment is suitable for a small family
or a friend group ready to dive into the fascinating attractions around
the area while engaging with the friendly locals.
The apartment is located within a secure apartment complex and gives
off spectacular views that form part of Table Mountain National Park.
The main interior includes an open plan kitchen with island seating for
3 and a lounge with a flat-screen TV that is perfect for settling down
to watch the sunset or enjoy an evening movie. The lounge leads to a
compact balcony - the perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine with good
company. The main bedroom has a king bed, and the second has 2 single
beds - both accessing the shared bathroom with a shower/bath combo.
Muizenberg beach is situated a short 10-minute walk from this beautiful
complex, but guests are welcome to enjoy the communal pool on hot days.
A thirty-minute drive from Cape Town City Centre, Muizenberg offers a
quick getaway from the rush of the city while still being close enough
to a number of attractions that include beachfront restaurants,
shopping opportunities and local fishing hot spots for all to enjoy.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
