In the exquisite quiet seaside area of West Beach is this lovely
holiday house in Durham Road. With 4 bedrooms and a wealth of interior
space, this is vacation accommodation tailor-made for a large family or
group of friends that want to take time to relax and wind down.
The roomy open plan lounge features luxurious furnishings and is
modestly styled, and contains a plasma TV complemented by DSTV and DVD
player, guaranteeing entertainment indoors. Immediately nearby is a
spacious dining room suite that seats 8 around the large table. The
fully supplied kitchen comes with microwave oven, tumble dryer, washing
machine and dishwasher, as well as a sizeable counter with chairs
ensuring a casual dining experience.
This 4 bedroom house accommodates up to 8 with the main bedroom
comprising of a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and
shower, the second bedroom consisting of a queen size bed. The third
bedroom has 2 singles whilst the fourth has a double bed. They all have
access to a shared bathroom also with bath and shower.
Additional features of this property include a CD player, free Wi-Fi
connectivity and security with an alarm and electric fence. Outside
there is a patio area with dining area and BBQ facilities as well as a
garden and pool, promising you an enjoyable and leisurely time
outdoors. This vacation home puts guests at just 3 km from the beach
and a wealth of eateries and attractions can be found nearby, meaning
that you will be short of nothing when it comes to enjoying your
holiday on the West Coast.

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
