This two-bedroom home in Charneca da Caparica is perfect for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The property is located on the ground floor, offering the convenience of complimentary parking on the street for guests with their vehicles to explore the surrounding areas.

The living room features a comfortable double sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. Additionally, you'll find a private garden with six tables, providing the ideal setting for alfresco dining or enjoying your morning coffee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the property comes with a washer, iron equipment, and a dishwasher to ensure hassle-free mealtimes.

In addition to the standard amenities, guests will find yoga mats, pillows, and blocks for two people, as well as a portable air conditioning unit stored in the cupboard. There's also a surfboard available in the house.

Outside, guests can enjoy a shared tropical swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and recreation. The apartment also offers picturesque views of the 4th tee box of the Aroeira 2 Challenge Course.

Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, including a king-sized bed in the first bedroom and a queen-sized bed in the second, all furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. Each bedroom also offers direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee at the provided table and chairs.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

Rest assured, the house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Aroeira is a locality on the southern bank of the Tagus River, more precisely in the parish of Charneca de Caparica, municipality of Almada, and district of Setúbal.

Aroeira is particularly famous for its golf courses, namely Aroeira I and Aroeira II. Both courses are well-regarded and have hosted various golf events. They offer a challenging yet scenic golfing experience.

The area includes a residential component with luxurious villas, apartments, and holiday homes. The properties are often surrounded by greenery and provide a tranquil environment.

The area around Aroeira is characterized by pine forests and natural landscapes, creating a serene setting for residents and visitors.

Aroeira is relatively close to Lisbon, the capital city of Portugal. This proximity allows for convenient access to Lisbon's cultural and historical attractions.

For golf enthusiasts, the apartment is conveniently located just a short drive from the clubhouses at both Aroeira courses.

The endless beach of Fonte De Telha is just a 5-minute drive from the property.

The property is easily accessible by car.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 34-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
