PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

A fully equipped 6 bedroom 5 bathroom villa situated in a prime location in Costa Adeje. Some of the highlight features are a private heated pool, games room and jacuzzi! Includes a recently refurbished modern exterior with amazing views and a traditional, quirky interior.

Positioned on 3 levels, on the ground floor you will find Bedroom 5 and 6 with an ensuite, the games room and a separate bathroom. The 1st floor holds the living area/diner and kitchen, bedroom 4 with ensuite, WC (cloakroom) and access to the terrace with patio furniture, perfect for outdoor dining. The top floor, you will find the remaining bedrooms, bathrooms, the private heated pool and jacuzzi.

Relax on a sun lounger in the blissful warmth and embrace your own private pool, unwind on the top floor jacuzzi surrounded by awe-inspiring views that stretch across the horizon, night time use of the jacuzzi as the surroundings of Costa Adeje light up is a must. Air conditioning is available in the living area/diner and 4 of the bedrooms, the other bedrooms have fans. All windows and patio doors have shutters and there is private parking for 1 car and easily accessible street parking for more cars.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:

The villa is located in Costa Adeje (San Eugenio), only 400 meters to the Aqualand water park, here you will find a number of supermarkets, bars and restaurants etc. Car hire is not required as all amenities are located nearby within walking distance. The centre of the resort including the sandy beaches of Costa Adeje and Marina of Puerto Colon are also within walking distance (1.5 km from the villa) or you can get a taxi from the nearby taxi rank which would only cost approx 4-5 euros to the centre.
