Rockham Bay View by CROYDEHOLIDAYS is located opposite the South West Coastal path and within easy reach of numerous coves and beaches of North Devon, and yes as the name suggests a sea glimpses of Rockham Bay providing guests a fabulous setting for a relaxing family group getaway by the sea.
This three bedroomed semi-detached cottage enjoys a spacious open plan living space with ample room for entertaining or relaxing watching the rolling hillside from the lounge window. A courtyard garden that’s fully enclosed to the rear and three spacious bedrooms upstairs; includes the master bedroom offering sea views and an ensuite shower room and a family bathroom on the same floor. Rockham Bay view is also doggie friendly, with plenty of walks nearby they'll be entertained too!
Location is in an elevated position above the road and very close to the surfing beach of Woolacombe, you are surrounded by beautiful National Trust land, with many walks close by, including the breathtaking Morte Point and Bull point light house. On foot stroll a few minutes into Mortehoe village, visit the museum Chichester arms pub, church, village shop and delightful tea rooms.
PROPERTY
Open-plan living space with comfortable sofas, LCD TV, feature fireplace and selection of board games. Enjoy social evenings in the kitchen diner with the family gathered around the large surfboard shaped dining table. The kitchen comprises of a fridge freezer, gas hob, oven, microwave and all the cooking essentials needed for a self catering holiday.

• Master bedroom - Double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps and an ensuite shower room with w.c, washbasin and vanity unit.
• Bedroom Two - Double bed with chest of drawers, bedside tables with lamps and hanging rail

OUTSIDE SPACE
Fully enclosed rear courtyard garden with table and bench seating. To the front of the cottage there is a picnic bench enjoying views towards the sea and rolling hillside.
Parking to the property is across the road with a dedicated parking bay.
