Casa Fausto - Stunning position overlooking sea and bay

Summary:
A two-storey villa with furnished with nice bright colours. On the ground floor there is an open and connected space with the living room overlooking the terrace, dining area and a small reading area with pool views. There is also access to the covered terrace where there is a table to eat outdoors and the pool. The pool and terrace are a great space, with comfortable outdoor furniture ideal to relax and enjoying the wonderful open views of the sea.

The Space:
Inside, the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space and a pantry. A second area with a sofa, a table and access to the garden is also available on the ground floor. Furthermore, there is a laundry area and a guest toilet. On the first floor there are three bedrooms. One with double bed -with views of sea from directly from it, en suite shower room and access to its private terrace with beautiful views of the sea. The other two bedrooms, are a double and the other is a twin, they both share a separate bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the garden.

From the garden, through a garden gate, there is access to the rocks and also to the sea directly from the rocks. There are no stairs to get to the sea. We recommend to wear pool/beach plastic sandals.
