The apartment, on the second floor of a building without an elevator, located in a refined and quiet neighborhood, opens onto a bright living area, furnished with a sofa, dining table, and direct access to the terrace.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds plus an additional single bed. Finally, the layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower.

In the province of Imperia, Sanremo is the largest city on the Riviera dei Fiori and in this regard, Villa Nobel and Villa Ormond offer gardens of a certain value, created both with typical plants, exotic and rare species. Also famous for its buildings of historical and architectural value, not to be missed is the Cathedral of San Siro, the oldest religious building in Sanremo, the Russian Church, one of the most famous symbols of the city, and the Madonna della Costa Sanctuary, in Baroque style.
