The location is ideal, set in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from Carvajal Beach with its long seaside promenade plenty of restaurants along the way, as well as Carvajal train station, which takes you to Fuengirola in just two stops and connects you easily with the main surrounding cities.

The apartment is spacious, bright, and filled with natural light. It offers three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils, a dining area, and stylish designer furniture throughout. Both the master bedroom and the living room open directly onto the terrace, where you’ll find a relaxing outdoor sofa, the perfect spot to enjoy the views, read a book, or unwind with a drink. There’s also a barbecue, ideal for enjoying lovely dinners outdoors.

The master bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second bathroom features a bathtub. All bedrooms are furnished with quality beds, beautiful linens, and tasteful décor to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, free high-speed WiFi, and a flat-screen Smart TV in the living room.

For nature lovers, a nearby hiking trail leads up the mountain behind the property, offering spectacular views and a rewarding walk of around 1.5–2 hours.

You’re only a 10-minute drive from Fuengirola town and Benalmádena Pueblo, making it easy to explore the coast while still enjoying peace and comfort

Getting around is easy: the train runs every 20 minutes, reaching Fuengirola in 7 minutes and Málaga city centre in 35 minutes. By car, you can reach Málaga in 30 minutes, Marbella’s beaches in 25–30 minutes, and Fuengirola downtown in under 10 minutes. Taxis and Uber are also readily available.

The Reserva del Higuerón Sports Club is a sports and leisure centre equipped with 9 paddle courts, 2 tennis courts, 3 beach volleyball courts, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, spa with sauna and steam room, gym and activities, wellness treatments, hairdresser and 5 restaurants.

The Commercial Centre is located at the top part of the complex and provides various services: several restaurants offering different culinary styles, pharmacy and a dentist.

Aiming up the hills, you can be in the white village of Mijas sipping in less than 15 minutes.

Close to the property there is a large mountain (2Km) with antennas. There is a Hike trail leading up to it starting towards Benalmadena. The views are spectacular. The hike takes around 1.5-2h.
