This centrally located terrace house offers a comfortable and well equipped living space to stay in. With 2 double bedrooms, a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms it is ideal for couples, small families or a group of friends looking to explore Norwich.
In the heart of the city centre it’s just a short walk to the city, which is perfect for a spot of retail therapy, or tickle your taste buds on the Market with an abundance of independant food stalls.
This 2 bed house has been styled nicely with comfort in mind. Sleeping 5 people (2 doubles, 1 sofa bed). You’ll find a living room with sofa (sofa bed) & smart TV (you will need to log into your own streaming app log ins), and a dining room with dining table. A modern kitchen & bathroom with a shower over the bath & WC. Upstairs there
are 2 bedrooms with double beds.
At the back of the property there is a garden with patio which is private to this house.
There is no parking at the property but there are many public car parks within close proximity of the property.
You have a self-check-in option to make sure you can schedule your time according to your own plans. Property & check in details will be sent 24 hours before check in.
The cleaning fee covers the preparation of the home for your stay. You will always check in to a clean space so you can relax and enjoy your time in the home.
We do have several rules to make sure we keep our properties in the best condition for your arrival -

Quiet hours 10pm - 8am
And you don’t have to worry; we know that accidents occur from time to time, resulting in damage (we would not charge for one-off crockery breakages, for example). We kindly ask if anything does get broken to let us know before check out. We are very understanding while also responsible for keeping the property in good repair for all our guests.
