Villa Porta Azzurra is a contemporary villa located inland on the Ionian coast, surrounded by Mediterranean scrub and overlooking the sea. Built in light stone and wood, with clean architectural lines, the property combines modern design with traditional Puglia materials. Large and comfortable, it consists of the main villa and an independent annex, offering flexibility for families or two groups of friends traveling together. Designed for outdoor living, the villa has large windows connecting the interior spaces to an outdoor dining area, a terrace with barbecue and a panoramic pool with sea views. The villa is located between Torre Pali and Pescoluse, a short distance from beaches and local shops, and in a convenient location for visiting Santa Maria di Leuca, Gallipoli, Otranto and Lecce.

Interiors:
The property includes the main villa and a separate annex that is not internally connected, distributed on two levels according to the terraced layout of the garden. MAIN VILLA — GROUND FLOOR — Circular stone entrance; open space living area with living room, dining area and kitchen; a double bedroom; a twin bedroom; bathroom with shower. Both rooms have a sea view. ANNEX — LOWER FLOOR — Accessible via an external staircase; living area with vaulted stone walls, kitchen and double sofa bed; a double bedroom; bathroom with shower. French doors lead to a furnished veranda with direct access to the garden. A shared washing machine for both units is located outside the annex.
Park:
The garden is completely fenced and surrounded by lush Mediterranean scrub. After the automatic entrance gate, a gravel driveway leads to a parking lot with space for four cars. The native vegetation includes olive trees and myrtle trees, which create shaded areas ideal for relaxation. Next to the main living area is a large veranda furnished with barbecue and olive wood dining table with designer chairs. This terrace is connected to the pool area and the annex via a lawn path. A practical outdoor shower and a bathroom with a new shower are nearby. The elevated position allows you to enjoy the partial view of the sea from various points in the garden. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The infinity pool is located in the center of the property, a short walk from the main villa. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 5 m with a uniform depth of 1.40 m; it is covered in sand-colored PVC and accessible through five submerged steps; chlorine purification; indoor and outdoor lighting. The solarium area along the short side is paved with anti-slip material and is equipped with sun loungers. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
