Newly renovated 2-story house with 4 bedrooms with access to a patio and a separate attic with access to a terrace.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, bathroom with shower, dining room, kitchen, and a bright interior patio.
On the first floor are the four bedrooms and two bathrooms, both with showers. All bedrooms have smart locks, ceiling fans, and mosquito nets.

The top floor is a separate attic with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and equipped kitchen. It has mosquito nets, a ceiling fan, hot and cold air conditioning, a washing machine, and access to a private terrace.



We may cancel the reservation/charge a penalty of between €100 and €500 in the following cases:

1. Parties or events not allowed:
Parties or events are not allowed on the property. In addition, quiet hours (from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m.) must be respected.

2. Damage to the property, dirt beyond what is reasonable for a vacation stay, and rearrangement of furniture without our permission.

3. Mandatory guest registration:
In compliance with current Spanish regulations (Royal Decree 933/2021), all guests must register before arrival, providing the documentation required by the authorities.
