Step into this contemporary and roomy apartment featuring modern furnishings and a double bed. Upon entering the hallway, you'll encounter a welcoming layout encompassing the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The snug living room is equipped with a sofa, a wall-mounted TV, and a coffee table. The dining area is set with a table for two, complementing the stylish grey kitchen equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, and dishwasher. A variety of glassware, crockery, and cookware are thoughtfully provided.

The well-designed shower room boasts a shower unit, vanity basin, and WC. The bedroom exudes comfort with its plush king-size bed, and contemporary accents contribute to the room's inviting ambiance.

For added convenience, amenities such as hair dryers, an iron and ironing board, as well as bed linen and towels, are all included.

We have a simple check in procedure where we send you the code to one of our secure key boxes that are located at the front of our apartments. There is a light to help you if it's dark when you arrive.
There are laundry facilities at our apartment blocks. There are two washing machines and two tumble dryers that are free to use.

York has Tier electric scooters, which can be located on the Tier app. If you are looking for a more relaxing way to see the city, there are plenty of hop on and off red bus tours, the nearest pickup point is on Bootham. Taxis can be found everywhere in the city. The best way to take everything in is by foot, along the river bank, walking the city walls.
