A well presented one bedroom apartment in the heart of York. It has been furnished and decorated to a high modern standard. Located on the first floor, with views overlooking St. Mary's Church and Coppergate. My place is ideal for keen tourists who want to be within easy walking distance to all major city centre attractions!

Access is via a communal entrance up one flight of stairs (no lift). Once inside, the internal entrance hallway leads into all of the rooms.

The main living space has a dining table and chair, and a comfy corner sofa which is perfect for relaxing on after a busy day exploring the city. There's a Smart TV with Netflix application installed so you can still catch up on your favourite series whilst on holiday.

The bedroom has a double bed, dresser and a generously sized walk-in wardrobe. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided, as well as miniature shampoo and soap. Family friendly too- a travel cot/playpen & high chair can be borrowed. (Guests will need to provide their own cot bedding.)

In the kitchen there's a little breakfast bar and you'll have use of appliances such as a fridge, washing machine, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. A complimentary welcome pack of tea and coffee will be waiting for you on arrival.

The bathroom consists of a WC, hand basin and shower over bath.
Guest access
Our location is very central, so unfortunately there is no parking available- Castle Car Park just 2 minutes walk away. It is open 24/7.

There is also a council run car park with very reasonable prices for central York- St Georges Field car park, which is a 5 minute walk away.

Other things to note:
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

TRAVEL COT
A high chair, travel cot and mattress are available to borrow. They are located in the walk in wardrobe in the bedroom. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
