This well-positioned 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is ideally situated, just a 15-minute walk from the renowned La Zenia Boulevard, offering an array of fantastic restaurants and bars and all the usual high street shops and 20 minute walk to Villamartin plaza and golf course. The property is thoughtfully furnished to meet all your needs and is located within a beautiful urbanization.
Featuring a spacious lounge and dining area equipped with a Smart TV, IPTV channels, and Wi-Fi throughout, this apartment ensures a comfortable stay. The accommodation includes one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and one twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. Full air conditioning, providing both cooling and heating, is available in all rooms.
With access to a fabulous communal pool, open from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm, the property offers a delightful garden with loungers for sunbathing.
Conveniently, the apartment is just a 20-minute stroll from the Villamartin Golf course and is easily accessible to the Royal Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses, with several others within a 15-minute drive.
