THE HOUSE

Three floors of wonderfully stylish living await you in this beautifully presented 4 bedroom house in Wimbledon Village.

You can enjoy relaxing times from the moment you pull up outside and wheel your luggage up the picturesque pathway to your new home-from-home.

You're likely to be brimming with eager anticipation as you open the front door for the first time and experience the open plan living space that greets you on the ground floor of the house.

Quality wooden flooring extends all the way to the large patio window doors at the far end of the house. In between, you have a luxurious living area with a choice of sofas and armchairs set in an attractive space featuring a decorative fireplace and a large flatscreen television.

Before you test those chairs for comfort, it's time to walk through to the kitchen and dining area. The cook/chef in your group is sure to be licking their lips at the prospect of making delicious snacks and meals in a modern kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you're likely to need.

All culinary creations can be enjoyed at the dining table under the skylight, with extra seating available at the breakfast bar. And it's also worth noting that there's a wall mounted television in here too.

THE GARDEN

Accessed from the kitchen/dining area, this large, green and pleasant space tempts you outside to enjoy tranquility and relaxation as you look over the patio toward the lawn beyond and up into the trees. It's a fully fenced garden that you're sure to treasure, no matter what time of year you visit.

THE UPPER FLOORS

Head back inside and upstairs where you'll discover two more floors to explore, each with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Two of these rooms feature Super Kingsize beds, with the third having a Kingsize and the fourth a Queen.

In keeping with the exceptionally high level of presentation across the house, the beds feature quality mattresses and bedding, along with plenty of storage space for your belongings.

There are shows and performances on all year round at this popular venue just 1 mile from the house.

Royal Wimbledon Golf Club

If you fancy a round during your stay, this attractive course is just a1.3 mile drive from your front door.

Wimbledon Common

This green and open space that's great for long, refreshing walks is just 1.4 miles away.

GETTING AROUND

Situated in the beautiful Wimbledon Village, you have plenty of transport options when you stay here. Walking to many of the local attractions is an option as there's so much within a mile of the house.

But if you are planning to explore further afield during your stay, Wimbledon railway station is just 0.9 miles away. It's from here that you can catch services into central London (London Waterloo) in about 20 minutes. You can also reach Chessington World of Adventures with direct services from here, as well as Woking and St Albans.

The station is also served by London Underground District Line trains (as is Wimbledon Park tube station which is a mile from the house). These services connect direct to Paddington (for the Heathrow Express) as well as into Central London, The City and East London.
