Its quiet, residential location gives you the peace and tranquility to relax and recharge your energy levels whilst still being within easy reach of all amenities.
The space
The large entrance hall leads into the open plan spacious lounge, fully air conditioned and offers all round views and swimming pool. It has a TV, two large soft leather sofas with coffee tables and subdued lighting.
The dining area leads open plan from the entrance hall and lounge areas. It has a lovely feeling of space and light.
The lounge and dinning area overlook the beautiful covered shaded area in front of the swimming pool and terraces.
The fully fitted kitchen is clean, bright and well equipped with many modern appliances. A separate utility leads off from the kitchen with laundry equipment, including washing machine and ironing facilities.

Master bedroom has a king sized bed and en-suite shower/bath room.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and the same level of luxury deep mattresses.
Bedroom 3 has a more modern feel and has twin beds that can be positioned together if required.

Guest access
Six luxury sunbeds surround the large 10 x 5m pool which is easily accessible via steps at the shallow end, sloping gently to the deep end. The pool is south facing and benefits from the full warming rays of the sun from early morning to sunset.
Other things to note
Watch the sunset from the roof terrace with specular views across the valley the Montgo mountain.
