Situated in Valle Romano an up and coming golf and villa district only minutes away from the romantic beach town of Estepona with its whitewashed buildings, endless flowers and cosy restaurant lined streets. Here you will find everything for the perfect holiday with Malaga and Marbella all within easy reach.
This newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is not a regular holiday rental, it will feel like your home from home the moment you enter the gate. Everything is of high quality and purchased from leading designer brands. Design icons are the basis for the decor. This makes this house less suitable for groups wishing to party. However if you are a home lover who appreciates design & quality, then you are the guest we are looking for.
The architect designed the house to blend the indoor and outdoor spaces with floor to ceiling glass, giving a modern transparent feel where the outdoor and indoor spaces blend seamlessly. The indoor living space has an open kitchen, dining area, lounge and home cinema 77 inch flat screen Smart TV (International TV channel package + Vidoland are included, Netflix, Prime etc you can access with your own login). The best Wifi system has been installed to ensure speed throughout the property for all guests. Air-conditioning is throughout.
People who love to cook and entertain will be happy here, you can BBQ outdoors and in the kitchen you will find all the equipment you need: electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge with large freezer, coffee machine, blender, juicer, toaster, tosti machine, bread machine. Top brands like Nespresso, Ittalia, Dualit & Cruset set the theme. Plus there is plenty of complimentary beach-themed tableware to make your dining experience complete.
The indoor living area opens out onto a covered terrace that offers shade during the day from the summer sun. Here you will find an outdoor soft -furnished lounge area seating 6 and a dining table for 8. Next to the main terrace the house has its own small private pool (7x3 meters) where you can cool off. Its location next to the terrace and lawn makes it ideal for relaxing whilst always keeping an eye on the children (6 x sun loungers with cushions and pool toys are provided).
No expense has been spared in ensuring a good night sleep, the beds & bedding are of the highest quality from the leading dutch brand Auping. All of the beds are extra large (210cm long /extra long beds are hard to find). The Master bedroom has a king size bed (180 x 210) & the two guest rooms both have kingsize beds that can be used together or easily split into two singles (90 x 210). The Master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and a private ensuite bathroom with large walk in shower/ rain shower, double washbasin and WC. The two guest rooms share a second bathroom with rain shower, single washbasin and WC. Hairdryers and an electric curling tongue is provided.
The fully automated irrigation system around the house ensures the gardens, grass and abundance of flowers are always in good condition. Around the house you will find endless colourful bougainvillea, oleander and hibiscus flowering plants which bloom all year round, this ensures that every season has a wonderful colourful sunny Spanish vibe. There is even a banana tree and a lemon tree, so if you are lucky you will have lemons for your gin & tonic.
The house is located on a very quiet dead end street (no traffic noise). Valle Romano itself is an up and coming golf/ villa area, there are several beautiful villas being built there. The house has its own private parking behind a very large gate. In the basement/ garage there is a washing machine + dryer and drying rack which you can use. My name is Jane Worthington and Im an interior designer and university design lecturer. I designed the interior of this house which is our second home. It is not furnished or equipped as a rental property ( as a business to make money ). It is a real ''home from home'' furnished with high quality products and everything we ( you ) need for a wonderful holiday. You can use everything, you won't find any personal items in the house, so in that respect it is designed for both ours and our guests use.
As a designer I'm against the throw away society, product life and the longevity materials are important. Choosing for designer classics ( longevity ) and natural materials is part of this ethic which reflects throughout the house.
When we are not there we want to share the house with others who appreciate the property and all the love and thought that has gone into it. It feels good to share this with others who don't have a second home, but that want to be here and make it their own ''home from home'' for their holiday.

The weather, all year round sunshine, all year round flowers, all year round eating outdoors, all year on the beach. It's amazing.
Estepona is also quieter than Marbella which gets overcrowded and falloff traffic jams in the summer. The house is in the best location, it is close to everything, yet is on a quiet (no through traffic) street. It's in the perfect location to escape and recharge your batteries.

Why is this property unique, well, the interior is full of many well known designer classics. Design lovers don't need any explanation for this, they see it! The vibe is sophisticated but also relaxed, everyone who has been there loves it.
Furthermore its not easy to find houses with private pools and private gardens in Estepona. We love the garden, particularly in the winter. We have designed it to have an abundance of pink flowers all year round.
Lastly the house has fantastic king size, luxury hotel quality beds from Auping. The size is unique. The guest rooms can be made as doubles or as two singles. These beds work perfectly when pushed together as a double ( they won't slip apart ) as is the bed length of 210cm. So people of all lengths can sleep comfortably. We understand the importance of a good nights sleep.
Furthermore its not easy to find houses with private pools and private gardens in Estepona. We love the garden, particularly in the winter. We have designed it to have an abundance of pink flowers all year round.
Lastly the house has fantastic king size, luxury hotel quality beds from Auping. The size is unique. The guest rooms can be made as doubles or as two singles. These beds work perfectly when pushed together as a double ( they won't slip apart ) as is the bed length of 210cm. So people of all lengths can sleep comfortably.
