We really liked the apartment itself. It is beautifully decorated, cozy, and we also found the location very pleasant and convenient. Overall, we felt very comfortable, and we are generally quite easy-going when it comes to small inconveniences.
There are just a few things we would still like to mention, as they might be more important to other guests than they were to us. In our opinion, the sofa could benefit from a thorough cleaning, as it shows some noticeable signs of use and staining.
As the apartment is located on the ground floor or slightly elevated ground floor, you naturally hear a little more from the immediate surroundings. There are some technical units or air-conditioning systems from the neighboring building that can be heard, and there seems to be a kitchen or restaurant below the bedroom. In the evenings, this occasionally caused some noise and slight vibrations in the bedroom floor. At times, there were also some smells coming from the nearby restaurants.
For us, none of this was a major issue and we managed perfectly well. However, guests who are more sensitive to noise or prefer to sleep with the windows open might find it a little more noticeable. As the apartment itself does not have air conditioning, being able to keep the windows open would of course be particularly nice on warmer days.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the apartment. We would definitely consider staying again – although personally, we would probably choose an apartment on a higher floor next time.
