Welcome to this charming second floor apartment in The Georgian Quarter of Liverpool! This property benefits from being in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, enjoying a picturesque neighbourhood whilst having easy access to Liverpool's city centre.
This Apartment is ideal for Business Guests and Couples. The perfect location for exploring our wonderful city and near many recommended bars, restaurants and cafés.
The Space:
Apartment Sleeps 3:
Living room:
- Fitted with a large Smart TV
- The Sofa Bed can sleep 1 Guest or 2 Children. (up to 4 guests in total)
- Also comes with a Desk which can be used for work or as a Dressing Table.
Bedroom - Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 guests.
Kitchen - Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.
Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over Bath, Standard Sized Bath, Toilet and Sink.
This apartment is within a Georgian Townhouse located on a Residential Street, with easy access into the City Centre. This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest Access:
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.
Our apartments also come with a self check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment.

You’re ideally located in Liverpool’s Georgian Quarter, celebrated for its charming architecture, elegant terraced houses, and historic cobbled streets in a quaint and friendly neighbourhood.
The property is only a 5-10 minute walk away from Hope Street, the heart that connects the two prised Cathedrals of the city, one being the Anglican Cathedral, Britain's largest, and Europe's 5th largest.
Located in the heart of The Georgian Quarter, home to some of the most spectacular architecture in Liverpool! This beautiful base is a short walk from the City Centre and even closer to some truly exciting places to visit such as the historic Liverpool Cathedrals and The Philharmonic Hall. Make sure to take a walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of tasty cuisines from a variety of local restaurants!
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stop is on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is a 20-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train. Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and fro town and usually cost under £10. If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
Other Things to Note:
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such, it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.
• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.
• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
