There are six beach chairs and lounges, two beach umbrellas, a large cooler and a beach trolley that converts into a beach table, making it easy and comfortable to take all you need to the beach.

In the backyard of the house, there is a large BBQ Grill (with wheels, making it easy to move it to the front garden if you wish).

The kitchen is equipped with many cabinets, a Dishwasher, an Air Fryer, a Coffee machine, a Toaster, a Blender and all accessories from the KitchenAid brand.
Large appliances include a large oven (80L), 4 burners hob, an extractor hood, a microwave (31L), and a Side-by-side fridge-freezer with chilled water and ice directly from the door.

The laundry is equipped with cabinets and a large (16L) washing machine.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, which also reclines if you want to watch the 50" TV more relaxedly.

There are 4 chairs in the internal dinner area and another 6 chairs in the external dinner area.
