The property is surrounded by a beautiful fenced garden with lawn and a lounge area with sofa and parasol. At the back of the garden you will find a table with barbecue, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners.

At guests\' disposal also a private parking space.

Internal Description

Villa Cannas is spread over 2 levels (first and second floor of the building) and can accommodate up to 6 people, has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Included Internet Wifi. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some windows are provided with mosquito nets. Small pets are allowed on request.

First floor: The first floor of the villa is accessed both via internal stairs on the front and via external stairs on the back of the garden.

On this level you will find a large and bright living area, furnished with sofas, tables, fireplace, tv, and air conditioning. Following is a fully equipped kitchen with: dining table, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, toaster, and coffee machine.

A bathroom with shower completes the floor.

Second floor: The upper level is dedicated to the sleeping area, made up of 3 spacious double bedrooms, all endowed with air conditioning, tv, wardrobe, and a lovely terrace running around two sides of the floor.

Lastly there are two bathrooms with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 900.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (120.00€) is also requested (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
