The 10 x 4-meter pool has easy access with steps and is surrounded by the typical "chianche" flooring, furnished with ergonomic loungers.

The property has 3 entrances through French doors into the spacious living-kitchen area, furnished in perfect Puglian style with a stone fireplace, and a masonry kitchen equipped with all comforts.
