Located in a prime area of Lisbon, this exquisitely furnished apartment boasts a stunning view overlooking the famous Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation.

Inside, you'll find an inviting open floor plan. The living room features a spacious sofa, a TV with multiple streaming options for your entertainment, and a dining table that accommodates four guests. The private balcony brings in plenty of natural light, creating an airy atmosphere.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, a washer and ironing equipment is available for your laundry needs.

The apartment boasts four bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with a double bed, and two with single beds. All beds are adorned with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout your visit.

The two bathrooms offer all the essential amenities, clean towels, and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

Campo Pequeno is a lively and bustling area. It features the iconic Campo Pequeno Bullring, a neo-Mudéjar-style building hosting events like bullfights and concerts. The neighbourhood is characterized by wide avenues, a mix of modern and traditional architecture, and is home to the University of Lisbon and Instituto Superior Técnico. The area offers amenities such as shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Parque Eduardo VII nearby provides a green space for relaxation. The Saldanha Metro Station offers convenient transportation connections. Overall, Campo Pequeno is an active and well-connected part of Lisbon.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Saldanha metro station is just a 13-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 15-minute drive from the property.

Please note that the building is under maintenance/construction work.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
