The living room features a large sofa, two armchairs, a flat-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows, a dining table where you can dine with loved ones, and a door leading you onto a spacious furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to cook delicious homemade meals.

There are two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the second has two single beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Carcavelos is a charming coastal neighbourhood in Portugal known for its beautiful sandy beaches, relaxed atmosphere, and historical significance. This area offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern convenience, making it a popular destination for locals and tourists.

The stunning Carcavelos Beach is a highlight, offering ample sunbathing, swimming, and water sports opportunities. The São Julião da Barra Fort, a historic fortress dating back to the 16th century, adds a touch of culture and heritage to the neighbourhood.

With its proximity to Lisbon, Carcavelos provides easy access to the bustling capital city while allowing visitors to enjoy a quieter and more laid-back environment. The neighbourhood has cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it an ideal place to savour local cuisine and shop for souvenirs.

Carcavelos is also famous for its wine production, particularly its excellent white wines. Touring the nearby vineyards and wineries is a delightful experience for wine enthusiasts.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Oeira, is just a 21-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 26-minute drive from the property.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
