• A refundable security deposit of €300 per accommodation is required and will be returned after inspection, provided there is no damage, additional cleaning, or missing items.
• In compliance with local regulations, a daily tourist tax may be applicable during your stay. The rate is subject to change. For precise information based on your dates of stay, please consult the local municipality.

• In summer, bed linen available for €12/set.
• In winter, bed linen is included, and you can change it for €12/set.

• Cleaning kit for €6.
• Pet allowed: €12/night. Proof of vaccinations required, and dogs must be on a lead within the residence grounds.
