This property is centrally located to enjoy everything the city offers and can accommodate eight people. It has multiple windows so guests can enjoy the sunlight and the outside view.

The living room is minimally furnished and well-kept, which includes a comfortable sitting area with a sofa bed where you can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all your favourite shows.

The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements, and a dining area.

There are three bedrooms. Two have double and one has two single beds, all with high-quality linens that guarantee a good night's sleep.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The town of Esposende is firmly off the international tourist trail, and you will find barely a mention of it in any guidebook. Despite this, Esposende is well worth a visit if you are passing, which you may well be if you are visiting the medieval town of Barcelos or heading to the coast from Braga.

The town of Esposende itself is pleasantly provincial in appearance and has some attractive squares. Along the riverside is a wide palm-lined boulevard with Esposende's leisure centre, a couple of marinas and the Maritime Museum. Keep heading along the promenade towards the northern edge of town, and you will reach Esposende's excellent beach. The broad stretch of sand here is located right on the mouth of the Cávado and is known for its quality surf. Backed by low dunes, the 17th century Forte de São João Baptista and the red metal tower of Esposende lighthouse overlook the beach.

The property is easily accessible by car. There is also free parking on the street.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
