Set in the park-like grounds of Rockley Golf Resort, #7 Foursquare welcomes guests with stunning golf course views in an oasis of serenity while still within 5 minutes of all amenities: beaches, banks, shopping, bars and restaurants. A pathway leads from the condo through pretty tropical gardens to a communal pool with bathroom facilities. Our kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, pizza oven, waffle maker, side by side fridge, stove and a washer/dryer. Our indoor dining room seats six while barstools offer additional countertop dining for two. A spacious patio is also furnished with dining and lounging options (and a BBQ) from where you may enjoy sundowners accompanied by colourful sunsets.
An adjacent Living Room offers breezy lounging in comfort, with cable TV and a convenient downstairs toilet. Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms with tasteful tropical décor. The Primary bedroom has an en-suite while another bright bathroom serves the two additional bedrooms. All bedrooms have ac and ceiling fans, two of them open onto an upstairs balcony, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.
