Loved this place. Very clean, great location, wonderful outside patio. Elevator plus two flights of stairs was fun. Washer was a bit of a challenge. Explore early in the morning, no crowds!

Maria and Gianluca were great to deal with. Gianluca met us at the apartment hours before check in so that we could store our luggage there. On our second last day there, the shutter doors to one of the terraces wouldn’t open. We left clothes out there to dry abd couldn’t retrieve them. Maria immediately sent a repairman who was able repair the broken mechanism. The apartment letting is cosy and well located .

The terrace is amazing. A lovely space to enjoy the evening and morning sun. The location is perfect. You are at the heart of everything. The apartment was spotless. Check in was very smooth. We were met in person - a pleasant change from the scourge of lock boxes and codes! Everything in the apartment works well, except the shower. The hot water is very erratic. We discussed this with Maria on Day 2, and it appears we had hit the wrong switch, in error. But it was still difficult to get enough hot water for two people.

Excellent location

The location was excellent. Shopping, dinning and sites within easy access. Two big disappointments were the shower and the washing machine. Plan on hand washing everything. Also, we are not big people and the shower was very small. To end on a positive note, Maria who is the contact for this property is incredibly helpful and arranged multiple transportation transfers for us. Thank you Maria!P.S. The patio in the picture is as good as it looks

Nice -lace, great location

Right near Piazza di Populo, walking distance to Trevi, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona. Nice rooftop apartment in a private setting. Be aware you need to walk up the last flight of steps. Also furnishings were a bit sparse - Nespresso maker but no pods, no kitchen towels. Overall though very nice and great communication from management company.

We had no idea that after riding an elevator to the third floor, there were two additional flights of stairs to negotiate with our luggage. We also weren't told that the elevator won't work if the outside door is not closed properly. On three separate occasions, we arrived back at the building only to find the elevator stuck on either floor 2 or 3. And finally, the hot water heater failed to produce any hot water, usually when we were tight for time. I brought these issues to the attention of our contact, whose responses were mechanical. She did not take any responsibility, express any understanding, or acknowledge that something should be done to make amends. There's a booklet meant to serve as a reference for questions. It does not provide any detailed information.

Our historic building’s elevator is equipped with safety sensors: as we explained during our communication, it pauses if a passenger stands too close to the door. We also provide a very detailed house manual that includes step-by-step instructions for all appliances and building features to ensure our guests have everything they need at their fingertips. Regarding the hot water, as soon as we received your message late at night, we dispatched our technician first thing the following morning to resolve the issue immediately. We pride ourselves on our rapid response time and our commitment to maintaining our suites. The apartment is spacious and super cute. It was clean and had all of the necessary amenities. It’s within walking distance of the landmarks without being in the touristy neighborhood. The property staff was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t figure out the washing machine but not a dealbreaker.

Emplacement top et au calme , grande surface et cuisine équipée, literie confortable et terrace agréable. Il manquait le sèche linge dans les équipements et je m’en suis aperçue une fois la lessive lancée.. il a été déposé le lendemain. Les peintures et le mobilier mériteraient un rafraîchissement. En effet des lambeaux de sky s’étiolent dans le lit d’appoint et des morceaux de peinture se décrochent du plafond. Nous avons eu un problème de plomberie très désagréable mais l’agence a été très réactive sur ce sujet.
