What should the guests know:
The house have rules:

1- STRICTLY Maximum 10 guests. NO other persons to join the guests during day or
night time
2- 24 hours notice minimum for heating the swimming pool / Extra $200
3- No more than 3 hours per day use of tennis court flood lights
4- No smoking inside the house
5- No pets
6- Guests will receive a text message with all entry and security instructions
