Lovely house 5 minutes from Saunton Sands beach.

Please enjoy our home away from home! We adore the outdoors but know too well that it also requires transporting a lot of equipment! We hope you enjoy the practical features of our home, outside wet room, a garage to rack bikes, surfboards and beach paraphernalia, and inside a well equipped, bright and airy home! Just a 5 minute drive to Saunton Sands beach, further around the coast, Croyde, Putsborough and a 12 min, paved flat walk to the centre of Braunton and links to theTarka Trail.
The space
We love our home away from home and hope you do too! It is bright and airy, with modern decor. There are three bedrooms, one king bedroom, one twin bedroom and one bunk bedroom, with a ladder to reach the top bunk which is more suitable for a child aged 6+, both bunk beds have full sized single mattresses (please see the picture). We provide 1 bath towel and hand towel per person. These are for use in the property so please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Being keen cooks we have a well equipped kitchen, with cutlery and crockery, saucepans, oven pans an electric kettle, toaster, electric oven and induction hob, fridge freezer (ice cube trays) microwave, including baking equipment, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is plenty of on road parking at the front of the property, there is also space for a car around the back of the property when pulled up along the length of our garden fence (please ensure our neighbours can still access their garages).

There is a playpark 100m from the property with a selection of swings/slides/pirate activity centre and a large area of grass idea for ball games.

We have a well stocked corner shop 2 mins walk from the back of the property and Aladdin's cave of goodies including daily newspapers. Braunton is a pleasant 12 min walk away along a paved road, where there are lots of local shops, a Coop, and takeaways, pubs and restaurants. There is a large Tesco the other side of Braunton approx. 10 minute drive.

We have a plethora of beaches within easy reach (many of the following can be accessed by the open top bus, we are in walking distance from the bus stop). We are a 5 minute drive to Saunton Sands, 9 minutes to Croyde Bay, 13 minute drive to Putsborough Beach and 17 minutes to
