Including 7 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor), sleeping 17 guests, 4 bathrooms, a spacious living room, large kitchen diner, utility room, boot room and a wooden cabin, the house lends itself perfectly for large gatherings of friends and family.

With inspiration taken from the minimalistic interiors of Scandinavia, you’ll find earthy tones that blend effortlessly with clean white lines and natural wood to create a calming contemporary environment. The open plan layout downstairs creates the ideal space to relax and gather; with the living room, dining room and kitchen flowing into each other seamlessly to create a flexible and inviting social area - perfect for feasting, drinks, games and making the most of each other’s company.

Flooded with natural light, thanks to large glass windows, doors and skylights throughout, you can make the most of the stunning serene lakeside view. Surrounded by trees, you have complete privacy and seclusion from the urban surroundings, making it your own private oasis.

Only 2.5 miles from the city centre, you can be in the heart of Oxford within just a few minutes by car, taxi or bus; taking in the beautiful architecture, exploring the historic streets & museums, with fantastic shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs that will spoil you for choice.


Guest Access:

Hillcrest offers a large green oasis exclusive to the property with pristine views across the lake and in the garden. The property also includes a large, gated car park suitable for 8 to 10 cars.

Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out time is before 10am. Contactless check-in and check-out via key safes.


Guest Contact:

Our team is available to reply to messages and confirm reservations during office hours (Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM). If you’re staying with us and need assistance, you’ll find an emergency contact sheet inside the property. If your reservation request expires, the dates will appear as blocked on our calendar until we manually release them, so they can’t be booked elsewhere in the meantime; so don’t worry, your dates are safe and we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re back online.

If you are bringing dogs, please add them to your booking (there is a £65 fee to cover the additional cleaning required).

On booking this property, you can also enjoy access to both the tennis court and outdoor heated swimming pool facilities at Worton Park in Cassington, approximately a 10 minute drive away. Please note these are available on a seasonal basis (usually May-September); pool opening times also apply.
