The apartment features an open floor plan, with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, along with a wide-screen smart TV offering multiple streaming options for all your favourite shows. There's also a dining table for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, the apartment is furnished with a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

In the bedroom, you'll find a homely double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring maximum comfort during your stay.

The bathroom has all the necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The nearest tube station, Hammersmith, is just a 5-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is approximately a 25-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
