For those arriving by car, parking is available on the streets in the surrounding area, although it is subject to fees. Alternatively, parking garages can be found just a short walk away, offering convenience and security for your vehicle.
To maintain a clean and fresh living space, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. However, we provide a designated smoking area outside the property for guests who smoke.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets in the apartment.
We kindly request that guests refrain from hosting parties or events in the apartment to ensure a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors. Parties and events are strictly prohibited on the premises.
