It is located in a quiet location, 15-20 minutes’ walk from the center. It has been designed completely for you, our valued guests, with its modern architecture. Consisting of a total of 4 bedrooms, Villa Fulya has an en-suite bathroom in all bedrooms. It is almost inevitable to have a fun time during your holiday from our villa with a dining table for 8 people where you can have pleasant meals on its wide and sun-protected veranda, a large 50 m2 pool, and a barbecue area right next to the pool.

Ground floor,

Kitchen,
It has a modern and fully equipped kitchen. In addition to the stove / Oven / Fridge Freezer / Washing machine and Microwave for cooking, small household appliances such as Kettle / Toaster / Teapot (tea) / Coffee machine / Turkish coffee machine / sandwich toaster are available. There are cutlery, dinnerware, pots and pans according to the capacity of the villa.

Living room ;
There is a comfortable and stylish sitting group, air conditioning and TV in the living room where you can pass through the open kitchen.

1st bedroom: This bedroom, located on the ground floor, has 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, bedside table, wardrobe.
There is also a WC-sink on the ground floor.

Upstairs,

2nd bedroom: In the bedroom on the upper floor, there is 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table.

3rd bedroom: In the bedroom on the upper floor, there is 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table.

4th bedroom: In the bedroom on the upper floor, there is 2 single beds with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, wardrobe, bedside table.

All rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets.

Garden,

There is a 50 m2 swimming pool on the front of the villa. There are enough sun loungers and parasols.
You can also enjoy long hours of food in the garden with the barbecue in the garden.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company’s laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.
