B&B Palazzo Flora - Deluxe

Quadruple room Delux is a solution that offers from 2 to 4 beds in prestigious bed & breakfast with swimming pool, solarium and large common areas finely furnished, in historical building completely renovated in Collepasso, a small town in the area of Gallipoli.
The room is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, mini fridge, hairdryer, TV, safe, wi-fi internet, writing desk. Breakfast is included. Pets allowed.

The
Delux quadruple room is autonomous and independent, located on the
upper floor of the Palazzo Flora B&B. The room consists of two
rooms, the first furnished with a double sofa bed and TV, the second with a double bed and a refined designer bathroom, all exposed in the room, including a bathtub and shower stall.
Of
the historic building all the most fascinating details emerge, restored
to splendor, such as the splendid star vault, characteristic of
Salento`s period residences. The furnishings are modern and of high
quality.
Shared spaces include the ground-floor rooms where you
can have breakfast, the large terrace with city views, and the courtyard
pool furnished with sun loungers, solarium chairs and outdoor shower.

Palazzo Flora B&B is located in the center of Collepasso, a small town in the heart of Salento. The bed & breakfast is adjacent to a brand new bistro "Il mio bar," the property`s flagship, as well as to a supermarket and all the main services.
The strategic location of the building, situated along the main road to Gallipoli, allows you to reach the fabulous beaches in just 10 minutes by car,
but also the most characteristic historic centers such as Parabita,
Matino and the old town of Gallipoli, known as the "beautiful city".


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 9pm) and check-out (from 7.00 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (till 11am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bath linen, each 2 days
- Breakfast included from 07:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from May to September.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The B&B offers full board service (on request, every day except Monday).
