Upstairs, there are a king-sized double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both equipped with private en-suite facilities. Outside, a well-maintained lawn with outdoor seating connects to the extensive gardens, which house the games room, a children's play area, putting green, and laundry facilities. These gardens are also filled with valuable information on local attractions and detailed guides for walks that start right from our property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, and toaster. The dining area accommodates up to five guests, and the living space ensures comfort for all with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that dogs are not allowed in this property.
This spacious double bedroom features a comfortable full-size double bed accompanied by a wardrobe, dressing table, and wall-mounted convector heating. It also includes an en-suite bathroom equipped with a full-size bath featuring a shower overhead, a wash hand basin, and a WC.

The kitchen area is separated by a breakfast bar and has a fridge freezer, microwave oven, electric oven, and toaster and is fully equipped with all utensils and crockery.

The twin bedroom has two full size single beds with wardrobe and dressing table and wall mounted convector heater. There is space to locate a third full size Z bed in the room if required. There is an en-suite shower room with an electric shower, wash hand basin and WC.
There is a laundry room on site, you will need £1 coins for the machines which the owners can supply on request at the door.
Heating is by electric convector heaters throughout.
From 1 October until the end of the week before the late May bank holiday, electricity is payable at 25p per unit (or the government reduced rate when known if lower) for all bookings. Guests will make payment to the owner on departure, calculated from metre readings.

April Cottage is part of a wing of the main house. The Cottage and Lodges are set on a hillside overlooking the slopes of Exmoor in three acres of gardens.
On-site games room with table football & table tennis, putting green, children’s swing & sandpit.
The owners live on site and are there to help with advice and assistance if required.
Parking
Ample parking is available within 80 yards of the door, the owners are able to help with luggage if required.
Electric car charging is forbidden on-site. There are two charging stations in the Alexandra Road Car Park in Minehead.
