The Space:

Booking alteration can be made to sleep up to 12 people.



Parking 2-3 cars/vans on the driveway



6 separate beds (4 double bed & 2 queen bed)



Bathroom:

2 en suites will full shower and toilet

1 en suite with shower and a sink only - no toilet

1 master bathroom

1 WC on the ground floor



Smart TV in the kitchen-diner.



Travel cot - available upon request at extra cost.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:



1. No Smoking

2. No Parties

3. Quiet Hours 11:00 pm - 07:00 am

4. Check-out & Check-in times to be respected

5. Not leaving keys in the lockbox upon check-out. - £100.00 Fine



Pets allowed with a small fee.



Not obeying the house rules including smoking inside the property, not respecting quiet hours and organising results in £1000.00 fine.



REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT:



A pre-check-in form is required, along with a government ID or passport and a photo selfie. A £300 pre-authorisation will be taken for potential damages, charged only if necessary. By booking, you agree to our T&Cs.
