At the heart of the home lies a spacious living room designed for relaxation, featuring a spectacular log burner nestled inglenook and a 55” smart TV as well as a central Billiards Room that serves as the property's social hub. When hunger strikes, gather in the farmhouse-style kitchen / diner. With a table setting for 8-12 guests, it’s the perfect backdrop for celebratory feasts, morning coffees, and late-night chatter. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups, from pots, pans, and utensils to enough crockery and glassware for everyone.

We do have some house rules which must be followed at Pritams Gate.
We want you to have a pleasant stay, and in order for us to provide a top class service for future guests, we do have a few house rules which need to be adhered to.
Only guests who have been accounted for when booking are allowed in the property. Any extra guests may be removed from the property or charged for separately. Please contact us if there has been a change of plan and further guests are looking to stay.
Please no disrespectful parties or events. We don’t mind you having a drink and a bit of fun, but please be respectful to the property and neighbours. Pritams Gate is not a party house.
Smoking / vaping is permitted outside only. Smoking / vaping indoors will trigger the sensitive interlinked smoke detectors, and the entire house will alarm!
Please do not use our electricity for charging electric vehicles. The electrics in this property haven’t been installed and tested with the prolonged high load of EV charging in mind. Anyone caught charging their vehicle will be charged a £50 fine for doing do.
Please inform us of any damages. We won’t charge you for things like a broken drinking glass or plate. However, if anything does get damaged, we will need to replace them for the next guests.
If anything is missing and/or damaged, and we are not made aware, a fair figure to cover this will be deducted from the security deposit.
We also do not allow the erection of any marquees, gazebos or other equipment in the gardens without prior approval.
Also don't be surprised if there are more flies and insects than in urban and suburban areas.
