- Parking: There is parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the garage. There is additional parallell street parking on the graven in-front of the property. This is first come first serve and is not guaranteed.

*Note: Pool access, availability, and heating are subject to change at the discretion of the HOA. BeachWalk is not responsible for any modifications.
Beach Accesses: There are several convenient beach accesses*! Below are 3 of the most popular accesses:
- Gulf Lakes Beach Access: The Gulf Lakes access is a Walton County beach access located about 1 mile to the East of Prominence.
- Deer Lake State Park: Deer Lake is located 0.5 miles West of Prominence. This access has a small parking area at the access (~$3-$5 for parking) and bathrooms, but the walk from the parking area to the beach is a bit longer than most area accesses. IMPORTANT - Because this is a state park, and not a Walton County beach access, alcohol is not allowed & beach service is not available at this location.
- Santa Clara: Santa Clara access is a Walton County, ADA approved, beach access located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles to the west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are also available at this access.
*Note: Prominence homes access the beach via South Walton public beach access points. Most guests typically use the Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public access points. Prominence homes do not offer direct beach access through the Watersound Club, nor do they provide access to the private Watersound Club facilities.
Parking in Prominence (North and South):
- North Prominence Triplex (A, B, C) Unit Parking: Parking is only allowed in the garage (if available) and/or the driveway of the unit being rented. Parking in unassigned driveways is prohibited and may result in towing or fines. No street parking or overflow parking is permitted in Prominence North. Additional parking is available at The Big Chill (formerly The Hub).
- South Prominence Parking: Parking is available in the driveway or garage of the home (if available). Street parking is allowed, but additional parking in the gravel spots on Pleasant and Clipper streets is first-come, first-served.
Pool Parking: No overnight parking is allowed at the pool area.
Trailer/Boat Parking: There is no trailer parking available.
Golf Cart/LSV (Low-Speed Vehicle) Rentals in Prominence: If your property does not come with a golf cart, you are only permitted to rent one through 30A Gulf Carts. Prominence strictly allows the rental of street-legal golf carts for guest use through this provider only. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the Prominence HOA.
Nearby Restaurants: Nearby restaurants to The Town of Prominence 30A include The Big Chill (formerly The Hub) which offers several restaurants including - Red's Chicken Shack, Crave Roadside Burgers, Mile Marker 15, Local Smoke, American Drinking Post, Mr. Freeze, Food Trucks, and more!
Nearby Grocery Shopping: Publix at Watersound Origins, located on US 98 at North Watersound Parkway, approximately 3 miles away. Publix in Watercolor Crossing, located on South County Hwy 395, approximately 5 miles away.

Relaxing getaway at an ideal location!
We loved our stay! Walking distance to The Big Chill and 2nd pool was so perfect. We spent our mornings at the beach, a short drive to Deer Lake State Park and afternoons at the pool then to big chill for movie night or live band. Our kids really enjoyed themselves! 10/10 recommend this house to any family!

Great location and phenomenal food
You can’t beat this location. 4 miles from Seaside. Bike/walk trail along with golf cart acces. We found Seaside to be very congested and were grateful we stayed east of the traffic. Location is excellent! Great shopping and the big chill never disappointed with a variety of food cuisines.

Great House
Great house with plenty of room. Kitchen had excellent cooking equipment, pots, pans, utensils. Good neighborhood very quiet, the big chill in the neighborhood. Great place to grab a drink some good food watch the game. The biggest negative is the beach access, there is none. You have to drive 1 mile east or 1 mile west in order to go to the beach!

Loved the House - Prop Manager is not Great
My family had a great stay at this wonderful house. It had plenty of room & the location was great! Unfortunately, the property manager was not at all helpful. We had issues with appliances not working. They were somewhat responsive, but not at all helpful. We went 4 nights with no oven (and we planned to eat in every night since there were 12 of us!). Again, overall the house is amazing - just not a fan of the not very responsive and not helpful property manager.

There are community grills available, and I see that you were directed to the location of those. The use of grills in these properties poses a serious fire hazard with the set up of these homes, and are not allowed for guest use as a result.

Perfect Quiet Family Summer Getaway
Very beautiful home and very spacious with easy walkable access to pool and promenade. My family enjoyed the front porch immensely. The neighborhood was quiet. Beach access does requires rental of golfcart or driving of vehicle back and forth if carrying coolers, tents, etc.. At least it was necessary for us with kids and one teenager with broken foot. Finding parking for vehicle or golfcart can get difficult and the road is very busy. The bikes that were included with house were so much fun and a beautiful ride to the beach on them. We took a daytrip to the springs which was about an hour away and worth the drive. (There are no rentals or food nearby springs so you must pack kayak or SUP boards and snacks.) Just a little too far to take golf cart to Rosemary or Seaside but very short drives in car.

Framily Vacation
We arrived a little early and the property manager was gracious enough to let us in early. However, upon entry we realized we couldn’t get into the garage that had the bikes, beach toys and chairs. After multiple attempts I was finally able to reach someone on day 2 to gain access into the garage. The response time was too slow and felt poorly attended to for true support. Ironically, we continued to receive notifications about all the rules but no response about the actual questions of the residents.
Otherwise, we all had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Resort not resort
Unfortunately the property management of this property did not do a thorough job keeping all equipment in working condition. We reserved this property for use of the kitchen to celebrate Thanksgiving, however the ice maker didn’t work, the convection oven didn’t work, & the dishwasher had a gross film at the bottom. The soap dispensers were empty & the restrooms only had 1 roll of toilet paper when we reserved the 5 bedroom / 4 bath property for 10 people for 5 days! The location was great & the property itself was just as we had expected with the unfortunate items which did not work.

Parking/Location
The house provided enough beds and bathrooms for 11 people. It was clean when we arrived. The problem we had was parking. We needed parking for 3 cars. There were suppose to be two parking places in front of the house and two at the garage. The garage was locked and the codes did not work. We were going to park one car in the garage and use the concrete area behind the garage doors for our other 2 cars. The description implied that 4 cars could park at the house; however, that was not the case. The parking places in front of the house were not labelled for our unit, so anyone who was visiting in the area could park there. We had to park our car far away from the house which was not convenient. The location is great if you are a pool person, but if you like the beach there is some travel involved with lots of traffic on the roads to the nearest beach. It was nice to spend time with our family.

Beautiful Home
Very spacious home with great beds, sitting area and kitchen. There were a few maintenance issues of which I notified the property management group. Hopefully those things will be handled quickly.

Needs a little TLC
We definitely enjoyed our trip and the house was very nice but it needs a little TLC. We found things broke, not working ect.. It wasn’t anything major but when you pay that amount of money you expect to not have to run around the first day looking for the fuse box. I know it’s nothing major but just some minor details of the home are getting overlooked in between rentals.
Overall the house is well located to the beach and THE HUB area. Had a great time.

Nice house with many issues!
Beach access is terrible.!You have to drive a good ways to get to the beach. Not ideal With multiple people it’s tough. Parking is an issue at the public beach areas. The heating element in the dryer was out so
we couldn’t wash clothes all week. When you have multiple families washer and dryer is a necessity. They didn’t seem to care! They just brought towels and wash clothes on second to last day there. Lots of broken things in the house. The floors were not clean. Ice maker didn’t work. Having the HUB in walking distance was great. Would not stay here again. If they were more accommodating it would be somewhat different.

Great House!
We loved our stay! The kids loved the bikes and the golfcart came in handy.
We were bummed the pool was closed all week. The location was perfect. The half bath door does not lock. The beds were super comfortable and we would definitely come back and stay!

A quick adult getaway
The house was beautiful! Our room was spacious with a beautiful bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs AC was not working the first night, but I contacted the owner and they sent someone to service it the next morning, other than that things were wonderful and communication with owner was easy. Location was great and the golf cart was fun to have to get back and forth to The Hub.

Great place for the entire family to enjoy!
The property was well laid out, clean and spacious. The only issue we ran across was the weather, (Tropical Storm), but luckily we had an awesome place to hang out and hunker down. I would recommend that they have some games there to be able to play but other than that the place is great. Oh and we were really bummed that the golf cart was out of commission for our entire stay. Would have been fun for us to cruise the neighborhood and surrounding areas.
We did not have much time at the beach but the little time we did spend there was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying at this home.

House was just ok
The house was in a great location, but needed a good carpet cleaning and the walls were really dirty. We also thought the living room furniture was not cozy AT ALL! Too modern for a beach home. We love 30A, but don’t think we will rent this particular home again. For that much money we expected more and for the home to be cleaner.
