Split over two levels, this magnificent property exudes an elegant ambiance with an African touch which is immediately felt on arrival. Flooded with natural light, the double volume entrance hall leads into the spacious, open-plan living areas of the house. A modern, kitchen features state-of-the-art amenities and separate scullery. A sleek breakfast bar for casual meals, and double doors open onto a small courtyard with a table and chairs for sunny mornings.

Leading off the kitchen is a separate television room.

The kitchen flows seamlessly into the open-plan lounge and dining room, which are separated by a central gas fireplace. The lounge features plush, comfortable couches and flows out through stackable, sliding doors onto an outdoor patio/lounge with couch and gas heater for outdoor relaxation, as well as the front pool deck. The dining room boasts a large wooden eight-seater table. It connects effortlessly with the outdoor timber deck through sliding doors, and both the lounge and dining room feature underfloor heating.

The upper level of the property features the bedrooms, made up of the master bedroom and three queen guest bedrooms. The vast master bedroom opens onto a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. The remaining three bedrooms have queen-sized beds, enjoy ample cupboard space, and share two bathrooms one with a shower, and one with bath and shower. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.

The outdoor areas of the property are ideal for entertaining, with a large wooden deck and swimming pool, outdoor shower and barbeque, a beautifully manicured garden and a covered putting green for golf enthusiasts.

LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP
What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs downstairs. Hours are dependent on usage.
What Isn’t Powered: Some of the plugs in the kitchen do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geyers are also excluded from the power backup.
What Doesn’t Require: The gas stove works throughout loadshedding.

HOUSEKEEPING
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

CHILD POLICY
This home welcomes all ages.

SMOKING POLICY
This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.

NOISE POLICY
This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.

Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday.

Please note that this villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 people at any given time.
This villa has a strict 'no parties' policy and no unneighbourly noise after 10pm.
The alarm MUST be activated when the property is unoccupied or the guests retire to bed.
This property has scheduled garden and pool services which come in late mornings at the weekend. Unfortunately, these cannot be re-scheduled.
The AC in the villa only has a cooling function, heaters are provided.
