Liston Plaza Suite is a bright and welcoming 45 m² apartment set in an 18th-century building, right in the heart of Corfu Old Town and just seconds away from the famous Liston square. Fully renovated with care, it offers a comfortable base for guests who want to experience the charm, elegance, and daily rhythm of Old Corfu, with cafés, restaurants, shops, historic squares, and swimming spots all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible only by stairs, with no elevator, as is common in historic Old Town buildings. Inside, it features one bedroom that can be arranged with either a king-size bed or two single beds upon request, a living room with a sofa that converts into a double bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a stylish bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is provided throughout, along with Wi-Fi of up to 24 Mbps. Hot water is supplied by an electric boiler, and once activated, it typically needs around 15–20 minutes to heat the water. An espresso coffee machine is available, and while there is no balcony, four windows overlook a traditional pedestrian kantouni, offering charming views of everyday Old Town life. The building entrance is old and historic rather than modern. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Set on a pedestrian kantouni just moments from Liston and Spianada Square, the apartment places you at the center of Corfu’s most prestigious and lively area. Saint Spyridon Church, museums, fortresses, and galleries are all nearby, while countless cafés, bistros, and restaurants cater to every taste, from casual coffee stops to fine dining. House rules do not allow parties, pets, or smoking. Check-in starts at 15:00, and if the apartment is ready earlier, guests are informed and may check in sooner; check-out is at 10:00 in the morning. Quiet hours in the neighborhood are from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 23:00 to 07:00. As in all of Corfu and many areas of Greece, the sewage system is old and cannot handle toilet paper or waste, so guests must use the bathroom waste bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet. The apartment uses a keybox for convenient self check-in. Free street parking is available on nearby streets, and a public parking area is also within walking distance, as direct vehicle access is restricted due to the pedestrian Old Town location.
