The sofa in the living room can be turned into a sofa bed if needed, please inform us if needed as bedding is provided. The kitchen provides a washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave oven and a spacious dining table.

This is a ground floor apartment so there is no need to worry about any stairs. Easy access for guests with luggage or disabilities as we offer a back entrance direct into the apartment to avoid steps round the front of the main building. An outdoor seating area with table and chairs is available off the living room, through patio doors. Smoking is only permitted outside.

To access the free parking space you have to use the entrance located down a lane, situated 3 houses down. The entrance is next to the christian science church, you turn into the lane follow the road round until you see the car parking spaces for number 12. Flat 2 will have a clear number plaque on the fence.
