Willkommen in unserem Rückzug, Lockrum Point Villa (LPV). Wörtlich, Schritte von Lockrum Bay, diese erstaunliche zweistöckige Seaside Villa setzt die Bühne für luxuriöse entspannende und unterhaltsam. Die Villa verfügt über atemberaubende Ausblicke auf das Meer und den St. Martin, ein privater Pool und eine Reihe von luxuriösen Annehmlichkeiten für unsere Gäste zu genießen.

Bei der Lockrum Point Villa wird Ihnen unser Concierge-Team für Ihren Aufenthalt sorgen. Sie können bei der Planung von Reisen von St. Martin, Taxi an der Fähre und grüßt Sie in der Villa. Das Team kann auch bei jedem Ihrer Reisebedürfnisse helfen wie: Mietwagen Reservierung, Restaurant Reservierungen, Ausflüge etc ...

Lockrum Point Villa (LPV) wurde entworfen, um unseren Gästen mit ihren eigenen persönlichen Häfen, LPV bietet 2 große Master-Suiten mit Kingsize-Betten im 2. Stock. Im ersten Stock ist ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Bett. Jedes unserer vier Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad, einen Haartrockner, Bademäntel und Hausschuhe, einen Blick auf das Karibische Meer und eine Klimaanlage. Außerhalb jedes Schlafzimmers ist eine Sonnenterrasse, um den herrlichen Panoramablick zu genießen.

Unsere Seaside Villa verfügt über viele der besten Features. Das große Zimmer hat 25 Fuß Decken mit zwei Deckenventilatoren und Klimaanlage.

Die Küche hat Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahl-Spüle, oben auf der Linie Edelstahl Küchengeräte, einschließlich Gas-Bereich & Backofen, integrierte Kühlschrank / Gefrierschrank. Und Geschirrspüler. Die Küche bietet auch eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine.

Der Platz im Freien ist einfach fantastisch und bietet Ihnen den idealen Ort zum Unterhalten. Ein privater Pool (20 x 15) gibt Ihnen und Ihrer Familie / Gäste den perfekten Ort, um während des Tages Lounge. Auch unsere Unterschrift ist ein Pavillon am "Punkt" von Lockrum Bay. Es ist auf dem Korallenfelsen über dem Meer thront, und ist ein großartiger Ort, wo man Cocktails oder Tee mit Freunden nippen kann, bewundern Sie die Sonne mit Lieben oder Schlummern während des Tages in einer Hängematte.

We had a wonderful week at Lockrum Point Villa. It’s a beautiful property with views of St. Martin and away from neighbors for privacy yet an easy drive to anywhere on the island in 20-30 minutes. Really great breezes on the porch and pool deck made afternoons and evenings particularly lovely. Having the gazebo was also really cool. We were a group of friends traveling so having four bedrooms and dedicated bathrooms was critical. One minor thing we didn’t realize: two of the bedrooms are connected by outside stairs, not a huge deal, but wanted to note. We would definitely return and use this property as a base. Kitchen was well stocked for simple meals. The property manager was super helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend for a family or friend gathering!

We spent a week at Lockrum Point Villa with a three generation group. The property was accurately advertised. Upon arrival we were met by a member of the property management team that welcomed us to the property and gave us a brief tour/overview of the property. We rented two cars and found the property to be conveniently located to many local beaches and restaurants. The property was well appointed, clean, and served as a great homebase for the week

Lockrum Point Villa

We had a wonderful stay at Lockrum Point. We were escorted to the property (by Marcia’s mother who was so kind to meet us) and shown around the home. Snacks were even waiting for us after a long travel day. Sherry was so sweet and kept the home clean daily. Jason, you’ve really thought of everything to make a stay in your home very enjoyable. (Even fresh condiments stocked in the fridge!!)

Very nice

We had a wonderful time at Lockrum Point Villa. Everything was just as pictured. I didn’t realize it had so many steps. The only issue was the walk out to the gazebo. We felt like the walkway needed a little work for safety. But very minor. Overall, it was wonderful.

Beautiful serene retreat

We had a lovely stay at Lockrum Point Villa. It is very isolated which we liked. The views were spectacular. We really enjoyed the pool, and the hammock was an huge hit, especially with our teenage son. The owners and property manager were extremely helpful and responsive. Everyone had their own space to stretch out. The beds were extremely comfortable. One of the highlights of the trip was hiring Chef Leontes Richardson (suggested by the owners) as the private chef. The meals were spectacular. The food was delicious, highlighting local flavors and seafood. The spread was magnificent, including appetizers, multiple fabulous dishes at dinner and dessert. Chef Lee had a server every night so the food was prepared in the kitchen, served outside so we could enjoy beautiful views, and then the kitchen was left immaculate with the dishwasher running. In addition to the food being fantastic, this service allowed our family to relax together and truly enjoy ourselves and the gorgeous scenery. We regretted both dinners that we had out, not because they didn’t even compare to the meals we had with Chef Lee. The island is undeveloped enough that it remains ruggedly beautiful, and we enjoyed our day trips to the beaches. My daughter went diving every day and had a wonderful experience. My only constructive feedback would be that the living room could use a second couch or a sectional to allow for more people to relax in the shared space for movie watching.

Locrum Point Villa was a wonderful paradise.

We loved this piece of paradise on the South Side of Anguilla. The picture shows the relaxing and beautiful cupola with a hammock and space to read, fish, relax, explore. The whole island was rebuilding after Irma, but the people were amazing. They were so welcoming and remembered us all over the island! (You can drive nearly anywhere in 15-20 minutes!). I was nervous about driving on the opposite side of the road but I caught on fast. Once acquainted I found the grocery store that took credit cards and had the most items to chose from in this time of re-building. Back to the house- We had 2 families with a total of 5 kids at one time. They loved it. The 2 master bedrooms on the first floor were wonderful. One even had a full- new front loading washer and dryer. The showers and sinks were new and pristine. The beddings were wonderful- and the housekeeping was so helpful when they were scheduled to stop by the house. The kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners, there was a grill downstairs by the grass and the pool made it feel like a 4 star resort! Plenty of towels, bedding, extra roll away beds. The managers of the property were amazing. They were there anytime we asked and anytime they were worried we might have an issue. We loved the gate (the villa is set far back from the street and it felt very safe with the gate). (quite honestly our biggest concern were roaming goats!) We ate at the house, at the local resorts, the local beach restaurants and the famous spots like "Sunshine Shack". Our favorite day was taking a boat around the island. Garfields- reccomended by the managers were amazing. They were fun, safe, great with teens, kids and Adults and were so knowledgeable. It will be very hard to schedule any other carribean vacation after this home!

Perfect!

We spent such an amazing week at Lockrum Point Villa that we booked it again for next year! The views of the ocean with St Maarten in the distance were beautiful and the house was lovely and spacious for our family of six (kids 18-26). We all had a great time. There is everything that you will need including robes, slippers and toiletries. Marcia and Marvin took great care of us throughout the week, and everyone on the island was so friendly. I highly recommend this villa. Thank you Jason and Sue Gumbs! Your property was perfect and you were very helpful answering our questions and giving us recommendations for an unforgettable vacation.

Anguilla is a wonderful relaxing destination and the villa was the perfect place to stay. Jason (owner) and management team are top-notch! They were extremely helpful from start to finish, as you would expect from a 5-star resort. The villa & views are so relaxing and beautiful surrounded by nature. We are a family of 6, kids aged 14 to 22) and everyone loved it. We appreciated all the extra amenities provided such as spa robes, toiletries, beach towels, umbrellas, stocked kitchen. Amazing luxury stay!

This was the first time my husband and I brought our 3 young children to visit Anguilla, and we could’t have chosen better accommodations! Everything about Lockrum Point Villa was perfect. The house is extremely spacious and exudes beach luxury living. The bedrooms are massive and there are many common area spaces to enjoy. The views of St. Martin are phenomenal. Having stayed on the island myself in the past, I would much prefer to stay on this side of Anguilla and enjoy these views. It was particularly special to see the twinkling nighttime lights of St Martin from the hammock in the gazebo. What a special spot! Sue and Jason Gumbs were fantastic with their help and guidance for our stay. We wouldn’t change a thing...except to stay longer!

Lockrum Bay villa exceeded all of our expectations. The villa was lovely and very clean.

We loved staying at the Lockrum Villa. We were greeted at the airport by Marcia who was a real sweet heart. She called daily to check on us and to see if we needed anything. The villa was beautifully decorated and very clean. Cleaning service was also provided mid week. Plenty of cooking equipment if you’d like to cook in. The view was amazing. Plenty of shells located near the gazebo area. Which I love to collect on each visit to the island. We were greeted with a wonderful fruit and cheese platter along with beer and water. Both were wonderful after a long day of travel. I would recommend the villa to anyone visiting the island. We had a party of 8 with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all.

Wish I was there now!!

Just stayed at Lockrum Point last week, and I am already missing it! Can't say enough about this home and Anguilla itself. The photos don't do it justice. Beautiful home well maintained. Marcia and her husband were the best, they were just a phone call away for any questions we had. This was our first time to Anguilla, but certainly not our last! Do not hesitate to book this home, if you get a chance.

Absolutely Amazing!

Lockrum Point is a phenomenal property with incredible views. Do not think twice about booking this property. You will not be disappointed. The setting is gorgeous. I loved waking up every morning to eat breakfast at the outdoor dining table overlooking the beautiful pool, with Saint Martin in the distance. They have thought of every 5 star detail at this home, from the plush towels and robes, to the fully equipped kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, and quality furnishings. Every bedroom is bright and airy, with its own ensuite bathroom. The owners provided fantastic recommendations of places to visit around the island, which we took full advantage of. My only regret is that this isn’t my personal vacation home, but I will definitely be back to visit Lockrum Point!

Stunning Properties and View

This property has it all! When you pull up to the private entry gate, you are greeted by a gorgeous white home that is meticulously maintained. The upstairs boasts a beautiful vaulted ceiling with warm wood beams in the kitchen and living area, 2 master suites, and sliding glass doors to access the balcony that overlooks Lockrum Bay. Lockrum also has a spectacular view of St. Marteen. The bedrooms all have private accesses to the outside balconies/patios and have very updated and spotless en suite bathrooms. After you exit the balcony and catch your breath from the stunning view, you’ll find a crystal clear saltwater pool, fresh white lounge chairs facing the ocean, and then a path to the most picture perfect gazebo. This spot is perfect for a quiet retreat for reading a book and taking a nap on the hammock while swaying in the bay breezes. The downstairs has two more master suites that are only accessible from the outside. Once again, the views are amazing and the suites well-appointed with attention to many high end details (soaps, towels, bathrobes etc...). The owners do a fabulous job of providing you with a plethora of literature on restaurants, car services, night life, tours, activities etc... For a first time visitor to Anguilla, I was blown away by the natural beauty of the island and the people. I cannot wait to return to Lockrum Bay! Places not to miss: The Four Seasons for sunset drinks, Straw Hat for dinner, Sunshine Shack for Day Drinking, Rendevous Bay for lunch on the beach, Village Bake House for morning pastries (quiche is best ever), Dad’s, and Elvis for late night cocktails. Drawbacks? Coming home....

Paradise at its finest! Spectacular EVERYTHING!

Lockrum Point exceeded every expectation! The spacious accommodations provided privacy for each couple with a stunning ocean view from every room. The islanders welcomed us with at each restaurant, shop, sunset beach shack & boat dock! From luxury to rustic, Anguilla offers activities & dining for all palates and levels of adventure within you. Cannot wait to return!

AMAZING HOME!!! BEAUTIFUL VIEWS!!!

My family and I had an amazing Thanksgiving week staying at Lockrum Point Villa. We had our entire extended family....Grandma, cousins (ages 5-9), Aunts and Uncles. There was ample room for everyone. My favorite memories were sipping my morning tea on the pool deck, walking the beach right in front of the house, hanging in the gazebo with a good book. The place is magical and the island is amazing. They have worked hard to recover from Irma and are ready to welcome you!! Book your stay soon....you won't regret it :-)

Beautiful, Relaxing, Private, Luxurious!

The property is meticulously cared for and felt like it was run like a hotel. It looks even better in person. Waking up with that view, having coffee in the gazebo and a swim in the pool to start the day was fantastic. We loved climbing down and exploring the little coves on the shoreline and walking along the shore to the beach. As private and secluded as the property is, it seemed like the villa was 5-10 minutes away from nearly everything. I'd recommend Lockrum Point Villa to anyone who really wants to get away from it all but likes the fact that there are stores, bars, and restaurants right down the road. Relaxing by the pool, touring the island by boat, fishing, snorkling, we never ran out of things to do and didn't want to leave. Phenominal trip and outstanding property.
