This villa has 4 spacious bedrooms all having ensuite baths. A 5th full bathroom serves the living areas. The villa has indoor and outdoor living and dining areas as well as table tennis and an outdoor projector. You may access the well-equipped gym or use the community games room.

The secluded swimming cove and beach area are magnificent, while Seven Mile Beach is only minutes away. Grand Old House (www.grandoldhouse.com) & Sunset House (www.sunsethouse.com) are within short walking distance and Pure Art (www.pureart.ky) is directly across the street. The restaurants and shops in George Town and on West Bay Road are also close by.

Rate Details
The villa is available for monthly rental at discounted rate, some guests have found it more economical to rent for a full month compared to 2 weeks or less at many other options in the Cayman Islands.

13% Occupancy tax added to all stays
A $250 Cleaning fee is added to all stays
$1,500 refundable excess cleaning and damage deposit is required
