The flat is in a gorgeous old Victorian block right in the heart of Shepherds Market. Pubs, restaurants, cinema, Royal Parks and shopping on your doorstep. As you ascend the stairs to the 3th Floor ( Walk up ) you will start to feel like a local and will be delighted with such a rare and unique find and to be located so centrally.



Shepherd Market is a busy street. Incredible location for Central London. So as you can imagine there is potential for noise. The bars, pubs and restaurants close around 11 and the noise is less.



The apartment is a chic New York style loft with mezzanine and balcony. So it is suitable for 2 to 3 people. The sitting room is very spacious and is presented with original features such as floorboards and coving from a different era. The modern new furniture and decor add a touch of luxury and comfort. Perfect to relax in after a long day shopping or sightseeing.



The large french doors in the sitting room lead to the balcony which overlooks the roof tops of London. There is no need to even leave the sitting room as there is always something to view. Having a birds eye view of London and absorbing the electric atmosphere makes you really feel you are in the heart of things and you truly never need to leave the area as there is so much to see and do.



The apartment has a smaller kitchen area / kitchenette with 2 hob cooking facilities and a microwave . It is equipped with all modern appliances and is also stocked with kitchen utensils and equipment for dining in such as cafetiere, crockery, knives and forks etc...There is a dish washer for your comfort. We supply dried good and tea and coffee to make you feel more at home.



The bathroom has a power shower, wc and sink. It is a small en suite size with room to store your toiletries. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Plus towels.



The bedroom is extremely comfortable and cosy with a new queen bed and luxury linen for your comfort. It also has plenty of storage

and hanging space.



The apartment has central heating and has a wonderful comfortable plush feel to it.



The nearest tubes are Green Park and Hyde Park Corner, also near Bond St tube so plenty of choice. There are several buses which operate from the apartment so London is on the doorstep with great connections to East, South, North and West.



Mayfair is a fabulous area to be in and you will be surrounded by coolest of places to eat such as The Ritz, Nobu and many great haunts of the rich and famous.



Please note there are stairs to climb. The loft has view over London rooftops so it's wonderfully situated but good to be agile.



The apartment does not have a washing machine but there is laundry service round the corner.



PLEASE NOTE: The flat sits above a lively square, with restaurants and a pub. They all close at 11pm. Please note that it can be quiet noisy till 11pm, especially on the weekends.



The flat is on the 3rd floor of a building, walk up. ( No lift ) It can be quite a challenge if you are not use to steps. Please be mindful of this before you book.
