Discover Casares Costa from our beautiful seaside apartment. This stylish apartment is ideal for a holiday while enjoying all the comforts of home. As a self-catering apartment, you will find everything you need for the perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, hob, oven, kettle, freezer, coffee maker, blender and microwave. The apartment is the ideal place to relax and offers a TV and internet access. This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4 people. There is a sofa bed in the living room if required. The first bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom contains a double bed. There is 1 large bathroom. The bathroom has a toilet and 2 washbasins and a shower and a bath with a shower. Bed linen and towels are included to make your stay more enjoyable. Also available: hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fan, vacuum cleaner and a safe for storing valuables. Smoking is not allowed!  Free parking is possible in the secure underground garage. House rules: - The maximum occupancy of the apartment is 4 adults and 2 children. - Check-in time is 15:00 - 19:00 and check-out time is 9:00 - 10:00 - Late check-out and early check-in are possible by prior arrangement for a fee of EUR 30. Possibility of accommodation with a pet for a one-time fee of EUR 50 on site upon arrival to our manager, who will personally welcome you upon arrival and show you everything to make you feel as comfortable as possible. There are several dog-friendly beaches a few meters from the apartment. We prefer fair dealing and everything by arrangement ;)
Please note that charging of electric vehicles must not be carried out using energy from common areas (garages, parking spaces). This is strictly prohibited.
Furthermore, unauthorised use of shared electricity is not allowed under Spanish Law.
