Located close to Pisa in the Tuscany region of Italy, Villa Enza is a lovely, renovated villa with a private swimming pool. Set in a beautiful nature reserve surrounded by forests and nature trails the villa is close to restaurants (800 m) and within easy driving distance of shops (10 km). The setting is perfect for those who love nature, hiking and cycling and the villa is within easy driving distance of the main Tuscan cities such as Pisa (25 km), Lucca (25 km), Livorno (30 km) and Viareggio (35 km).

Villa Enza (140 sqm) develops over two levels. This last section of road that leads to the villa is steep and narrow and is unsuitable for vehicles with low clearance.

On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to a living room with access to the garden (with double sofa bed, two armchairs, Wi-Fi, Satellite TV, and a dining table), a well-equipped kitchen (with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer) and a bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet).

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, Wi-Fi, desk) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed, Wi-Fi, desk) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, you will find a garden featuring a terrace with a shady outdoor dining area (with table seating 6 and a barbecue), a private swimming pool (8m x 4m; depth 1.4m; open from 1 May to 30 September), sun loungers and private parking within the grounds.
