Cosy, seaside cottage in the coastal town of Arbroath with bright, sunny rooms and a scenic garden on the beach front with beautiful views of the sea. Coorie By The Coast is perfect for families or groups who want to `Coorie in` or snuggle up and relax together, explore the beach, and take in the stunning views along the Arbroath coastline. Our cosy cottage is in the perfect location for exploring the traditional fishing town of Arbroath or heading further afield to the heart of Scotland.

Our cottage has a large cosy living dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom for you to enjoy during your stay.


Downstairs, the living area perfect for spending time together during your stay, with a comfortable sofa, chairs and a TV with Freeview and access to streaming services such as Netflix. Our dining table is located in the Living room and can seat six when you wish to enjoy a meal together or crack out some board games.

To the rear, our small but perfectly formed kitchen has cooking facilities including an oven, hob microwave and kettle, along with a washing machine to use during your stay.
Our bathroom is on the ground floor, with large walk-in shower, sink and toilet.

You can access the private back garden through a door at the rear of the property. Outside you will find an outdoor dining table and a comfortable outdoor sofa to relax and take in the views.

Our master bedroom is on the ground floor, with a comfortable double bed, while bedrooms two and three are on the first floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Our bedrooms have storage space available for unpacking items during your stay.

The entire cottage is available for our guests to use during their stay. This includes a private garden to the rear of the property which overlooks the beach.

Please note that as while our traditional seaside cottage has been modernised throughout, it still holds its traditional charm with low ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms and a narrow staircase to access them. While it can be easily accessed, the stairs are a little steep and may not be suitable for all guests.
