Welcome to 1 Manor Lodge, a lovely three bedroom lodge based in Pendine just a short walk away from the golden sands of Pendine Sands.

This comfortable lodge has everything you need for an enjoyable stay, starting off with the kitchen you’ll have all the essentials you need to cook up a storm. There is a gas hob, oven, grill, kettle, built-in microwave, toaster, built-in dishwasher, fridge and a freezer built into the central island. The dining table is a perfect place to sit back and enjoy your meals which seats up to four guests. The cosy living area is finished with comfortable sofas, a widescreen smart TV and an electric fire for cosy evenings.

Moving onto the bedrooms, the master bedroom consists of a King-size bed, an ensuite with shower, a dressing table, and plenty of storage space in the wardrobes and drawers. The first twin room is a great place for children to stay and the second twin is another comfortable room with a dressing table, both are complete with wardrobes for extra storage.

The main bathroom has a toilet basin and a shower for your use.

Moving onto the outside of the property, you have your own decking area complete with seating and tables for use in the summer months. There is parking outside of the property and the lodge is just a short walk away from all the local amenities in the centre of Pendine , including cafes, restaurants and shops and the much loved sprawling beach of Pendine.

The lodge is a great place to stay for families who wish to be close to the beach and have a comfortable and quiet base for their holiday.
